The purpose of these rules and regulations are to protect the interests, safety, and well being of the citizens of the community and to enable the staff of the Parks and Recreation Department to manage public facilities.
The Park Rules and Regulations contained herein and the authority to amend same by the Parks and Recreation Manager subject to the consent of the City Manager, were approved by the City Council on the 24th day of March 2008, under Ordinance No. 068-08.
Park Rules and Regulations are the rules and regulations contained herein as prescribed by the Parks and Recreation Department which establish guidelines governing the procedures for obtaining permission to use City parks and the activities and conduct of people using City parks.
